    Placing a one inch strip of black electrical tape or a piece of chewing gum over the white lens in order to resolve your annoying light issue.

    Since it is Friday, be sure to use spearmint flavored gum.

    I put a small piece of electrical tape over mine. The reflection off my phone screen when charging as well in the rear view window was horrible
