Hey all- looking for some advice. I recently replaced two wheel bearings on my 08 Tacoma. My ABS/brake light has been on for a while, but was functioning just fine with regular brakes. I decided to finally bring it to the dealership and have the wheel bearings done, which fixed the issue. They did have quite a bit of trouble due to one of the new bearings, being bad, which Toyota replaced under warranty.

I’ve only driven it 150 miles or so since , and yesterday morning the lights came right back on. I went into the store, and when I started it up again, the lights are no longer on.

I’m prepared to bring it back to the dealership, but I’m curious if anyone has experienced a similar issue.

Without the code(s) anything would be a guess, all you can do is a good visual inspection of the wiring and connectors going to the speed sensors and make sure it's all good and the connectors are fully seated.
Also make sure the brake fluid level is good.

Beyond that you need to see what code(s) it's setting.
