Thunder snow? Had to look it up. Last time there was thunder snow in St. Louis was in the early ‘80s and it dumped 18”!

 

We had it here in NWA a few weeks ago, but only got a couple of inches.

And that Hitch-A-Loo just needs the seat mounted on a gimbal so it's always level regardless of what size curbs you are posing on. No way am I shitting at an angle. And the butt knuckle should flip to deflect it backwards, not into your pants.

Just trying to help with usability.

 

Could've sworn we had Thundersnow in 2006/2007.

Unless there's an official definition of thundersnow that isn't just "thunder/lightning whilst snowfall occurs"

Hey guys -- a serious question for a sec (sorry 'bout that...)

Does anyone have a good recommendation for powder coating in the Saint Louis area? The shop I used many times over the last few years, Gateway Powder Coating in O'Fallon, MO, closed down after the sad and unexpected death due to a vehicle accident of its owner, Mark Eckman. A high-quality place would be most appreciated. Thx --

I’m in the Forest Park area, but willing to drive for a good place.

The 15yo ARB bullbar on my Gen 1 is one of the things in my powder coating queue —

 

Hopefully the hardware hasn't fused with it by now

 

Oh, far from it! I've had the bullbar off in the last five years or so when I moved it from my now-sold 2001 DC onto my keeper Colorado-truck 2003, and I've had copper antiseize on all the fasteners since new and Fluid Film on the back surfaces for years. The only issues with the original satin black powder coat are fading and a few pinpoint rock chips I haven't touched up yet (and might not if it gets re-coated.) Its out of sight parts are in better condition than those in sight.
