2016 Black Tacoma SR5 DCSB

Bought a 16 2 years ago coming up on 40k miles, know about the 16 issues just want to do all the preventative maintenance I can. Does this engine sound good? I hear the ticking but I assume its just the engine doing its cleaning. Lmk your guys thoughts
