Hey you guys I’m new to this forum. I’ve been having a rattling issue for a couple months now… (only happens at lower speeds when hitting bumps). I’ve taken it to the dealer they claim they found nothing which seemed odd to me. I’ve replaced sway bar bushings - didn’t do the trick. I’ve taken both front tires off several times as well as looked under truck for anything that may be loose - nothing. Just trying to figure it out because it’s very irritating. I know it’s a long shot and hard to try and even diagnose anything over video. Any help/advice is well appreciated. TIA

Did you check all the obvious stuff (skid plate) bolts tightened, exhaust heat Shield, spare tire, sounds like it’s coming from the outside in the video not in your cab

yes I agree it’s definitely coming from outside ( I forgot to mention). I’ve checked all those things I feel my next step is to remove the skid plate to look under it. All bolts seem very tight tho

Sounds like my truck after I got it back from the body shop after an accident. I figured all my panels and clips were all just loose and rattling. I've not had time to investigate my rattles with a new job, but I would definitely take the advice above and check all the obvious suspects. My current fix is to turn my radio up louder.

On one of many S-10 trucks, I had a noise at very low speed and small bumps. Turned out to be the front lower shock mount bolts needed to tightened.

Make sure the spare tire is winched up tight. They can work loose.

Check where your front fenders and rear bedsides mount at. I’ve got a rattle on bumps because of my bedside and I just haven’t gotten the bolts for it.

    Hey,
Did you ever figure out what the source of the noise was? It sounds incredibly similar to the noise I'm hearing now.
