You do not specify where. If taillights, yes ... easily, if you buy ones designed for the correct resistors.

For headlights ... not "just the bulbs". Read this (first post especially: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...ctor-headlights.589465/page-328#post-29541401). To get LED headlights you need a harness built by @Puppypunter and recommended you buy Toyota OEM LED headlights. Some buy thirdparty, but many find OEM to be the best.

 

One of the worst things you can do for your wallet and everyone on the road including you is to install led bulbs in halogen housings.

 

Not everyone! Look how courteous this gentleman was last night on my way home.

 

LED lamps in the halogen reflector assembly is a problem. Read the attached thread, post 1. Worse when the truck is lifted and the harsher light that was falling directly in front of the truck now hits other driver eyes.

LED assemblies are designed to properly focus LED light.
