I purchased a 2007 Tacoma TRD Off-road with a crew cab. A previous owner installed a tailgate with camera and harness from a 2011 truck, as well as the mirror with the screen. But no connection made to the mirror as seen in photo. Does the truck already have a harness pre ran that I can find behind the liner? Or do I need to do my own wiring to get signal from the camera to the mirror.

I believe the backup camera was first an option starting in 09 so your 07 most likely wouldn't be wired for it.
I attached the wiring diagram for the 2011 system.

You could make your own Video input onto the OEM rear view mirror display.
But do some googling, the that OEM rear view mirror display is kinda dog shit.
