Really hard re-start - cold weather

    Are you sure that works on a modern fuel injected engine with throttle by wire?

    Clean the throttle body and check the battery and spark plugs.

    Fuel trucks don't "stir up sediment" in underground tanks when filling, that's a myth.

    If there was water in the gas it would run shitty the entire time until the tank was empty. Like it wouldn't accelerate or go up a hill

    It was just the cold re-start. Runs perfectly otherwise

    Maybe not, I know it works with various fuel injected engines but maybe not the drive by wire type.

    That doesn’t work on this engine…..it will just reverse to 6k upon start. Bad juju on cold engine

    Nope…….doubt many can release it that quickly. Still a bad idea for the reasons stated
