Sweet, I'll figure out when I can head out there next, and then I can post up a new thread here with the date and we can go from there.

Other places are cool too, but I figured if I set up 4 OW trips per year there are plenty of weekends for other spots too, that sounds good to me as well.

Not sure when I'll be back racing a lot again but until then I'm more than happy to go and play in the dirt somewhere!

The wet dirt is calling me, I can only imagine how badass the Dez is right now!! There is nothing like riding a dirtbike in damp sand, the traction is bonkers!!

Also, I'm tentatively thinking of an ocotillo or some desert trip with the truck on the weekend of Feb 24th-25th. Who all might be interested?

I could be convinced for Joshua tree. Got a small group of friends that have a stock grand Cherokee and would be down to camp but not do intense wheeling.

actually you know them lol — the buddies you showed me around big bear a few years ago with lol

Hey at least you know what it is. I got lazy, parked it for a week, planned on working on it this Past weekend, then all this rain . No clue what my issue is yet hahaha
Yea, messed something up in my 4wd.
When I put it in 4 high I get a bit of a whooshing noise in the front end. It’s only in 4wd, it’s inconsistent, and sounds rotational. Maybe I broke a cv axle internally, maybe the front diff… I’ll figure it out after this rain slows down :anonymous:

Doing some moto at ocotillo wells Saturday probably. I'll see if I can make the end of the month work. I'm going to try to get my new tires, brakes and locker in before depending on the weather.

    edit: probably Sunday instead

Too much spring for my 4cyl Tacoma tried using them for 6 months. I don't regularly carry loads in my bed they would be perfect for me I had a constant 200 to 400lb in my truck bed. Hope they can work for someone else build.

Perfect for constant weight like RTT Tents Tools Generators Motorcycles Atvs ect.
