I couldn't say specifically what the leaf springs did. I added those plus OME suspension and then 255/85/16 tires. Overall I got about just over 2" out of it. Was a nice set up - I miss the truck.

I would do it right the first time. I also have Kings and when I first installed everything I did an AAL. No complaints at first but eventually the harsh ride will get to you. I eventually pulled the trigger on some Icons RXT leaf packs. I kept it at a stage one at first and eventually it settled and decided to go stage two. The ride quality is a night and day difference. Even when your truck is loaded and unloaded those extra leafs help to distribute the weight more evenly. By "right" I mean saving a little bit of your money and time by not having to keeps swapping out leafs.

Thanks for the input, I think I'm going to leave it the way it is. Right now, the front Kings are installed straight out of the box. So it's about level with the rear now.
I'll most likely save for new leaf packs.
