Hard tonneau with ladder rack?

2023 SR5 DCLB fwiw...

Interested in a hard tonneau with ladder racks. Ideally, racks that are easily removed as I dont do anywhere near as much side work as I did in the past so 98% of the time I wont need them but it'd be nice to be able to throw them on in a few minutes if I wanted to transport a ladder.

Leaning towards a hard cover as I spend a good amount of time in shitty areas and I figure it will cause the average dirtbag with a utility knife in his pocket to look somewhere else and at least slow down the others a bit.

Second, less ideal option would be a BackRack type of rack in the front of the bed, which will likely stay in place, with a hard cover.

Anyone have any experience with either of these set-ups?
Am I being realistic or am I asking too much?
Any preferred brands/ones to stay away from?

The retrax and other canisters/hard roll-up type will work. They have mounting rails on the outside.

I believe Yakima, Thule, and Rhino have options that will work but don't take my word for it.

The only "no drill option I know of for a standard folding hard cover, Backflip, Lomax, leer, etc. is the KB Voodo:
