3rd digit is an M on my 2020 OR. I received the notification last year and with no signs of peeling paint I thought I was going to be one of the lucky ones. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on wax and ceramic coating and it’s only been hand washed. Now in the past few weeks my rear passenger door paint is peeling off. I’m going to continue keeping my interior clean, but probably won’t be wasting any more time or effort on the exterior.

Just went through all this with my wife 2015 Limited RAV4 with Blizzard Pearl metallic paint. Both local Toyota dealerships recommended the same certified Toyota collision shop. Paint was pealing on every panel except roof, driver rear door and rear quarter panel. Shop/ Toyota refused to give me an estimate to just paint the whole car and let us just split the cost. They kept the RAV4 for three months and when they called me to pick it up, I refused to accept it because the paint on the roof was already peeling off. So they kept it for another month and painted only the roof. I spent many weekends crawling around the car and replacing all the broken and missing trim retainer clips, not to mention all the interior trim panels that were loose or not installed properly. I thought all might be well. 9 months later and the paint is peeling off the final two panels. Unless we have the option to paint the whole truck all at once I’m not wasting any more of my time. The next owner can.

Me too, but I thought it went with a build date of 9/21 at this time. If yours was built after 9/21, it would not be covered yet. My build date was 1/22 so they either fixed the issue or they are not covering mine right now. I don't know but I thought I read on here somewhere there is a cuttoff. I may be wrong.
