Yeah, I would definitely ask for more than that off. Especially with that dealer. They loved their markups and junk add ons back when that was a thing. I'd make sure to get every penny out of them.

Unfortunately they dont have a Limited that I would want to haggle with them on. I am still leaning towards waiting to see what the 2025's have to offer, but if more dealers start offering over $7k off a Limited without even asking then it may tempt me..

Check out this video. It is possible discounts could get bigger in a couple of months and MSRPs could possibly be reduced in 2025. The F150 Lightning MSRP already dropped $10,000 dollars last year. The market direction could put some pressure on Toyota to make some MSRP adjustments.

Market is too volatile right now to make any moves. Gonna see how the year pans out.

Yes, thank you. It over looks Fernwood, the heaviest population area here in Topanga. Were the last row of homes on top of the hill. Just a few of us here. Acreage from here on out. Will Geer used to own this whole area at one time if I’m not mistaken. Charlie Chaplin used to frequent the house next door when it was here all by itself.

Also, we’ve seen the weirdest and coolest things looking south and over that mountain I can’t even begin to explain:alien:

You mean $75,000 trucks are gathering dust?

    Shocked…

I can't afford my sub $50,000 truck. I make it work but the numbers aren't there, it did come with a black headliner people were complaining about that on Tundras.com. That Pro interior is nice, the moon roof is nice I would rather not have it so if I'm buying a $75,000 truck it's going to be exactly the way I want it. Tundras here are at like 3 or 4% APR that's just too much. I can easily buy a $40,000 truck that will do everything I need it to do.

Not if you are buying a Toyota. You can buy what the distributor and dealer have to offer.

That's true, isn't the moonroof standard on Pro?

Toyota won’t adjust anything down because they never raised prices as much as say fca. But they will put money on the hood

This, Toyota wont lower MSRP, but hopefully the days of 8-15% off MSRP will be coming back like before COVID. Last best deal I got was my 2020 and managed 15% off MSRP with some work and $36k trade in. The issue I see is inventory. It’s a catch 2022. Sure new can be discounted but trade in values are gonna get hit hard with the gluten of used inventory. Im waiting it out for at least a year and see what the market does. I have a current trade offer of $38k and MSRP on a 2024, but I think I can do better down the road and honestly leaning towards a fullsize, been watching 3rd gen raptors closely.

If your turd has reddish earth tones, you may need to see a GI doctor.
