    Yeah.
LOL, I don't think anyone is getting angry, just trying to steer you right. Your truck, your money.

Anyone else imagining OP's posts coming from this guy?

Few things to keep in mind.

Your Tacoma doesn't have struts, regardless of people's words or catalog words. It has IFS double wishbone coil-over-shock up front.

You have to cut part of your frame out for a DB lift. So going back to OE be difficult. Your resale market with a DB will be a niche one.

Ground clearance at the low spot, the axle lines, only rises with tire diameter. The 6" only lifts the truck above that point. So, you're not going to improve ground clearance other than with your jumbo tire package.

What someone was trying to point out for you earlier was that the tire package will make the truck a real slug which is what regearing the diff(s) counter balances. That alone will be pushing the budget you mention.

    Best of luck.

    Over and out.

also if i did want to go back to stock it would be easier than expected because at 17 i have learned the skills of welding automotives and woodworking and machining so i could just weld that peice back in there if i ever wanted to

Not that easy. If it was, the many fabricators on this forum would say so.
