    this is an old repost.

    the guy had to be hopped up on something, the taser would have dropped anyone else not under the influence of substances. the cop was right to GTFO.

    i'm still most disappointed in the fact that a dog lost it's home and got sent to a shelter more than i care about the piece of trash driving the truck.
