I'm looking to add a 12V outlet in the bed of my truck to plug my cooler in. Not looking for wiring details as I'm pretty savvy when it comes to the electrical aspect. Just interested in a good quality outlet and where others have mounted it. Really prefer a flush mount style to keep it clean. I'll be powering my Alpicool "portable fridge".

Post pics of your install if you have them. Thanks.

I installed a 12v outlet in the passenger side bed cubby for my Alpicool cf35 fridge.
    Bought this kit: https://www.genesisoffroad.com/12v-power-outlet

It was about the same price as buying all the components individually and it was just the right length (barely.) I could have used an extra foot of wires to make it neatly tucked away in the engine bay. As you can see the wires are running right over the top of my fuse box but it's good enough for me.
I removed the cubby and bolted a bracket I made from aluminum to hold the outlet.
