    • Need y’all’s input: Eventually want the OTT tune but until then was gonna get a PC to help with the lag (by all means I know it does not add horsepower or any extra torque) if I did get one I wouldn’t always have it on really only when I’m on highway I don’t even need it for city driving I just want one for merging really and getting into traffic. Only reason I haven’t gotten one is the 50/50 comments I see of it maybe going into limp mode. Don’t wanna mess anything up but mind you I wouldn’t always leave it on* Tia

I wouldn’t recommend any product of the sorts. But if I one were to use one. I’d go with the Banks Pedal Monster.

Again. I don’t recommend any of them.
But the Banks seems to be “safer” as far as limp mode and dead throttles.

Look it up for yourself. There’s a good video banks did explaining what they have done to make their product “better” than PC.

Again, I’m not recommending either one.
Just telling you what one you might consider over the other.

If you’re curious, I’d recommend saving for a full tune.

Don't think I'd get one just for merging. Just put your foot into for those occasions while you save up for a proper tune. You'll find the OTT tune makes everything better, not just merging.

from what I understand a pedal commander is cheaper and only messes with pedal map.

while tune does more and includes pedal map.

question is what tune is best. I hear the name OTT a lot so maybe they are.

There's charts and graphs out there comparing them.
But it's not all about numbers.

I'm a fan of OTT because the guys are super helpful.
They have answered questions I've had, even though I don't have a tune.
Customer service goes a long way with me.

IMO PC, and the likes, are a waste of money. Just learn how the pedal responds.

Had a PC until I got the KDMax tune. I'd just save up to get the OTT tune rather than purchase the PC. The price difference between the 2 isn't that substantial.
