Real Or Fale OEM Oil Filter

So I purchased 10 Toyota oil filters Made In Thailand from eBay. After looking around I noticed others that were genuine Toyota that had a slightly different box, particularly a second barcode.
Are the ones I bought real or fake? What's up with the different packaging? I don't want to put an inferior part in my vehicle.

Was scanning the "OEM" filters and a lot look fake. No surprise.

 

They're pretty upfront about it being not genuine Toyota

The packaging and photos clearly make this a counterfeit item. You can contact the seller and arrange for a return, though you're on the hook for return shipping costs. It's also possible for the seller to request you ship the item to a different location (like Thailand or China) than where it shipped from (California). If the seller is straight up unresponsive, you can dispute the charge through Paypal.

There's a "report this item" link in the eBay listing that you can use to report counterfeit goods, but that probably won't get you a refund.

Don't buy from flea-bay, you never know what you get

 

Don't know. I get mine from the dealer for 5 bucks and call it a day.

 

Yeah these things aren't even that expensive. Buy from dealer
