Just replaced the passenger wheel hub and bearing assembly on my 2011. Hub is SPK and bearing is NSK, purchased from reputable eBay seller. Took truck for quick drive around the neighborhood and heard metal noise on each road bump from passenger side, almost like clanging hardware? I torqued everything to spec, didn't forget anything. I haven't raised the truck yet to double check the new bearing for noise. I read somewhere that maybe my break pads are moving and making noise? Truck has 115k, and had been making bearing noise on highway which went away when turning left and right. Anyone else have this issue?

Brake pads are the ceramic TRD type, installed in 2017 but have tons of life left.

It seemed fine, any ideas/solutions? Or just roll with it?

Sounds like pads/calipers contacting the rotor. Still, double check the backing plate.

@Strictlytoyz I gave the plate a good jiggle, no play. Will check the calipers once I jack it up

Maybe antisway bar loose? Or something loose in the rotor center cap?

I put disc brake quiet goo on the pad retention pins, they weren't at risk of backing out but did jostle back and forth a bit. Some of the noise went away, but there is still a rotational metallic rattle. I'll have to do some more looking and feeling this weekend after I replace the other hub/bearing assembly.
