    What ECM are you using?
    96 or 2001?

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
Did the swapped in engine run when it was removed from the donor vehicle??

So many little things could be causing problems .

Injectors stuck opening dumping in Raw fuel.

    Fuel lines connected wrong ?

If your engine is over fueled you need to figure out why.

One of those up close in person jobs.

Do you have all the electrical wiring diagrams for all the vehicles involved?

    Good luck.

You used the 2001 Wiring harness, The 2001 ECU and the all same sensor from the 2001 Engine?

Does the CEL illuminate? If not, check the gang ground at the upper intake manifold, D/S.
