Hi everyone. After not finding a solution to my issue I decided to do my first post here. My knowledge & terminology of car parts/tacomas is very minimal so I apologize if I say anything dumb. Hopefully, my issue hasn't been answered and I'm not being redundant but there's been this creaking sound/vibration I can feel that has slowly gotten worse in the last week of driving.

Some backstory, I got my truck lifted about 2 weeks ago with Bilstein 6112/5160s, Deaver AALs, Total Chaos UCAs, and got a CMC. I also got Black Rhino Rapid wheels and 33 KO2s. Everything drove smoothly off the rip, I got an alignment the next day and took it out for some light off-roading. Once I got back from that trip, I started hearing/feeling 1 to a few creaks/vibrations with initial steering. It went from only when I'd steer from full stop/under 5 mph to now also when I'm going straight and under ~15mph. The length of the sound has gotten longer and more constant. It sounds the worst when I slowly reverse with the steering wheel cranked to the right. I had my dad turn the wheel as I felt all potentially related parts and the vibration was the strongest on the UCA and tie rod.

So far, I've tried greasing the UCA uniball/bushings and checking torque on the UCA/suspension. I've considered my steering rack. My power steering fluid was a bit low so I filled it up but I don't think there's been any leaking and it didn't fix the issue. My friend's been helping me through this and after mounting my wheels back on the other day, he noticed that my lug nuts are rotating about 5-5.5 times and thought it MIGHT be what's causing it. I have these lug nuts, so I've been thinking about getting the ET ones. Could this fix the issue? I acknowledge I haven't spent nearly enough time to fully learn how all the components work before crossing out certain possibilities but I just want to fix this issue ASAP at this point. Thanks!
