How many of y'all have done the OTT yourself? I know that there is the additional cost associated, but wondering if it'd be worth it. The nearest certified retailer is several hours away and I kind of like the idea of being able to change settings if I desire. I tried to post this question in the OTT mega thread but it will not let me post a reply there for some reason.

I tuned mine myself. It's really nice to be able to try different tunes whenever you want without the hassle of meeting with a tuner.

Yeah that is what I was thinking. Let's say I'm feeling froggy and wanna go spicy for the weekend ;) Guess I need to weigh the cost difference. So was it pretty easy to do?

Not to bad really, I have changed the tune 3 or 4 times without issue.

The "tune pack" for a 3rd Gen 3.5L Tacoma naturally aspirated SEMA-CE/CARB Pending calibration is $325. You'll receive the whole suite of files for your vehicle, allowing you to flash the different settings yourself as you please.

It should also be noted that while we're currently pending CARB-EO approval, once that is obtained, you will be provided the documentation and sticker at no additional cost.

Updates in the future will also be at no cost to you.

You will, however, need to purchase VFTuner to flash this particular application. We typically offer these as pre-bundled kits but we are currently out of stock at the time of this posting.

Feel free to reach out to us via email anytime if you ever have questions about OTT's offerings or pricing. info@overlandtailor.com
