I have a 2005 tacoma 2 wheel drive v6 automatic double cab (128,000 miles). I am getting ready to have my drive shaft balanced and the 3 u-joints replaced along with the carrier bearing. I had a problem with the shudder from the drive shaft several years ago and they replaced the u-joints but not the carrier bearing. The shudder has come back. My question is should I replace the Transmission output shaft seal and if so does anyone have the current Toyota part number.

    Thanks

you could while in there. They tend to end up leaking.
