Super excited! I just traded a guy two knives for this Pit Boss Griddle. Can’t wait to try it out tonight for Valentine’s Day. Just picked up two fillet mignon and a New York strip steak. Going to sous vide then and then sear to finish on the new griddle.

 

I guess we are supposed to bring our own steak? I lost my invitation

 

You come over to Tulsa and I’ll fire up the smoker and load it with ribs and chicken

 

I'm sittin' on a gold mine here!

I would love too, but I had to un-sub from pretty much all threads except this one and the “show us your knife” thread. Otherwise I’d veg out on TW too much. Same with Facebook and Instagram.

 

Well that escalated quickly.


Couldn't get it started, no gas flow, so I pulled the carb and needle screws, gave it a soak in carb cleaner and off she went. I actually forgot how well it runs.

 

That sounds like a new poll. How many threads are you watching?

 

Gonna finish cleaning it this afternoon, it'll be ready for pickup tomorrow.
