    Word.
Having lost a close friend to some moron who (of course survived without a scratch) thought it was OK to just drive "a little buzzed" I can confidently say parking in a HC slot without a tag is a dick move for sure, but is absolutely N O T H I N G compared to the potentially life(s) destroying act of casually driving while drunk.
    Reality check indeed.

i had a temporary HC placard for awhile when I was undergoing a severe medical treatment. I forgot to put my placard up, one day in my condo complex, even though I had been parking my car in the same HC spot for about 2 weeks. Some righteous ahole took it upon themselves to promptly
have my car towed without trying to find out who owned the car and/or know that i had a legit reason for parking there.

Yes, I know that putting your placard up when parking is your responsibility, but sometimes when you are dealing with a severe chronic health condition, the condition itself or your medications may cause you to forget 1 time.
it was a pain in the ass to go find the car and go to the towing yard and something like $450 dollars to get my car out of the lot. A simple note on the car would have been a lot more considerate, if we are talking about the reason the HC spot exists in the first place. it's not just for people with a purely obvious physical limitation.

I now have a permanent placard for about 2 years now. So thankfully my fam reminds me and pulls it out to put up whenever they are in the car. That being said, just the other day, i came back to my truck and discovered that I had not put it up...

We do live in judgmental times. I get tired of the self-righteous quickly. Someone cost you a lot of trouble and money, but...and this is important, the enforcer did feel good about themselves. And today, not much else matters.

We balk about lining up between painted lines. Sounds goofy. But...

What we are truly pointing out is that these operators do not have the basic skills to control a 3000+ pound lethal weapon!
If they can not simply maneuver it between those lines, how do I trust that they will maneuver it safely away from colliding with me or my loved ones?!?!
The driver should be IN CONTROL AT ALL TIMES.

IMG_9679.jpg IMG_9677.jpg So I parked in my handicap parking spot this morning at Walmart and sat in the 4 Runner waiting on my Wife to go get a few things. When this Woman pulled her car in front of mine into the crossed off area and parked. When she got out of her car I told her that where she parked was not a parking spot and she cussed me out and then moved her car. After she moved her car She went out of her way to come back by my car and I said “ now that wasn’t so hard was it “ boi she really came uncorked then :rofl:

You know the area in front of Home Depot where they load your bulk products with a fork lift? Kind of a covered pull through area with big doors on the lumber side of the building?

My Home Depot has had to rope that off and have an employee out there to guard it and let people pull their trucks in.

Wanna know why? Because this is Arizona and it's HOT outside so Tesla Drivers feel entitled to park in the shade so they protect their batteries and don't waste more electricity cooling the car off when they get in it.

On THREE separate occasions I've seen this happen. The first one was a guy and his daughter running in to get a dowel rod for a school project. Second was just a Tesla parked there I didn't hang out for the back story, but it was a different color so not the same guy as #1. Then the third was one Tesla parked there and another saw it and thought "Oh Covered Tesla Parking." So she parked next to the first one. That's when they decided to physically barricade it and put in a hall monitor.

I've gone inside a Walmart twice in the last 10 years. I returned a Christmas present for a relative, and I had to drop a deuce on a road trip.

It is the closest establishment by like 10 miles to me, so it isn't an optional place..

I was just sitting there with my window down and looking at TW on my phone when she parked the first time she made eye contact with me and then she got out of her car and walked over and told me to mind my business before I even had a chance to tell her that she parked where it was not a parking spot. She really was a nasty woman cussing me out both times. I never said a bad word to her and I think that pissed her off even more
