I have read through numerous threads regarding bilstein 5100 and honestly the more i read the more confused i get, so figured it was best to just ask. I currently have a 2021 sport dclb. I was looking at the 5100 as it appears it will meet my needs (level the front with the rear without lifting the rear). I would prefer to have 5100 all around, but it appears a lot of people utilize a block or aal when doing so. If i would install 5100 all around and set the front to 3rd or 4th clip would that give a level ride or front slightly higher than back (squat)? Or am i better off just ordering for the front and leaving the back stock? If this has already been asked and someone pastes the thread i am willing to read through until i find my answer. Thank you for the help!!

I have the 5100’s all the way around and have them set to where it looks level. But I don’t haul anything. :D

Will sit nose high without a rear lift.

Gotta decide. Go clip 2-3 and stay stock in rear or go 3-4 with a block in rear. It’s too late for add a leaf, they ideally should be in new packs

I'll add that the 5100 rears came up shorter than my stock leaf droop by an inch. They are the same length as the stock Bilsteins on 3rd gen offroad models. I do not know what comes on the sports models but 5100 ride good but firmer than the stock.
Not to add more considerations to your list but I wish I had measured this and my actual compressed length at bump stop beforehand and got an inch longer rear shock the first time to max the leaf down travel. It won't hurt anything however.20231223_154843.jpg

Another question for yous that have them installed. Did you also do the ecgs bushing or were you okay without?

Differential Breather Mod Light Bar: 4 Cree LED lamps Bilstein 5100s Ride Rite Air Bags
Converted my Off Road Bilsteins to 5100s, long ago.
Set the fronts to the first notch (close to 1" height increase) as I did not want to lose stability or get that raised front end, bulldog look.
The rear springs are helped with Ride Rite air bags, but not to lift unless I am carrying a heavy load in back... More to prevent bottoming out.
Set at 15 psi normally, 30 psi max. I did a post on the different levels, at different pressures, in the Ride Rites, a few years ago, if you want to search for that here on TW.

My front and rear 5100s slid right into their mounts without any change or mod.
