Installed Diode Dynamics interior LEDs last night. Quite an upgrade versus stock interior lighting. Also bought front/rear Bilstein 5100s, Eibach 2" lift coils, Icon AAL, and JBA UCAs.

My buddy built me a hitch skid by cutting a $15 harbor freight hitch in half and welding it back up……..I couldn’t bring myself to pay upwards of $150 for skid from a manufacturer.

I ordered the same set, and planning on installing mine this weekend. What size lift are you running? What do you think of them so far? Thanks!

Solid score. Should be a huge ride quality increase over the Eibach Stage 1 and the Fox are rebuildable / revalveable if you want to change the setup down the line. IMO the best way is to separate the UCA and knuckle at the ball joint. On all the Tacoma's I've put lift kits on that just pops right out with 1 whack. I'm not sure if there is any lift from the Pro suspension itself, but I know they look great with the Westcott spacer kit.

New shoes. Went from Nitro RG to Cooper At3 XLT 285/75r16. Crazy how much lighter the steering is and how quiet the AT3’s are.

I typically break them loose and give them a few turns before slipping a long piece of heater hose down the rabbit hole. The bore self centers the hose over the spark plug, and heater hose is stiff enough to push on easily. Then unscrew and remove, reinstall is just as easy with a hose.

I just changed out the grille. Other than fog lights and new wheels, this is the only cosmetic change that I wanted to do. I was going to hold off for a '24 PreRunner, but the wait, dealership markups, missing rear doors and price tag on the 4th Gen made this mgm '23 SR V6 irresistible.

Last weekend I did the VLEDs VTails V6 Triton tail light conversion. Awesome! This is how Tacomas should come from the factory. I love the amber turn signals and "don't hit me" brake lights, and the backup lamps are pretty good for switchback bulbs. I also did a simple LED 3rd brake light and wired in a brake controller module.

    IMG_20240216_141957560.jpg
BTW, the oil stains are from a previous tenant.
