Factory Trailer wiring converter location 2015 TRD OR with tow package?

Can anyone tell me where I can find the location of the FACTORY tow wiring converter?

This 2015 TRD Off Road has the FACTORY tow package installed.

The right turn signal does not work when connected to the TRAILER 7 pin connection plug. When the trailer is plugged in to the 7 pin plug everything else works. However, if the trailer is plugged in to the 7 pin connector but the truck is turned off, the RIGHT TRAILER taillight stays on. This happens with any trailer or test light that I connect to the truck. The fuses, including the trailer fuses in the underhood fuse box, are all ok. So the problem is in the truck wiring PRIOR to the 7 pin connector. I believe this is either a short in the converter or the wiring, or a bad ground. Does anyone know what the issue might be? There is no towing converter, the Turn Signal Flasher handles the trailer brake and turn signals.

You say the right trailer light is on all the time or only with the truck off?
