Didnt feel like throwing over $300 at two seat covers that’ll be used for a few months. Got some cheapies and hucked em on to keep the grossness off until I get a work van assigned. Not bad I guess, gets the job done.

"Used for a few months" Are there vehicles plans coming?

 

Allegedly, they supposedly have 4-5 coming in any day. They were delayed from the GM strikes or something apparently. Im calling the state Monday about transferring my EIC hours from the old job. If that goes through I’ll be immediately able to work solo and be a Journeyman in about six months (horrifying, I know). Otherwise they’ll be pissing away two licensed electricians on one job because I sure af cant fit everything I need into my truck. Nor would I.

Puppies are dangerous. Wife was attempting to cut a bagel with a brand new bread knife (very sharp) and the puppy ran between her legs. I got the call from her as I'm on my way home, "needs stitches, hurry up." So we just got back from getting her finger glued closed. Thankfully it wasn't into anything important, but it was deep and fairly wide across the second joint. Good thing it was a sharp knife, or it would've been stitches.

It wouldn't be a towing adventure if you didn't have to replace lights on the trailer before you hit the road. These were busted and not working when I picked up the trailer from my friend, and I like to return borrowed stuff in the same or better condition. Also gives Johnny law less reason to look twice....

 

I figured you would do something like that.
