    This is why you do not park in the striped zone by the HC parking. Actual legit car (sliver car in the front) with a HC tag could not pull in the spot all the way, blocking the travel lane.

    I've been tempted to do stuff like that, too. Trouble is, the offending driver would be mad as hell, but he wouldn't know WHY someone did that. Unless you also leave a note...
