That's a little over 91 hrs a year or 7.5 hrs a month that's not bad as hrs go. The question is like previously stated maintenance records. Looks like it might not be 4wd and used for mowing because those are turf tires. If you think you don't need 4wd then start looking at maintenance records.
Ask your self all the questions and does this check all your boxes. I like having 4wd on my little guy that's over 40 years old.

^^^^^ KR is gonna tell you the same thing as TieDie.....

Less than 100hrs a year is LOW hrs. Especially if its taken care of & has been serviced well.
That's a bit bigger Kioti than KR or me have, but they are always solid tractors.

As to the price? Negotiate! You can get it down a bit.

Didn’t even notice it’s not 4wd. That’s a no go for me. Thanks for the info!

Small engine service question for the experts. I'm reasonably confident I have the right idea, but wanted to see if maybe I am way off base. I have never experienced this specific situation before, hence my uncertainty.

Scenario: I bought a one/two man power auger from Lowe's last summer. Used it to dig maybe 15 - 20 post holes. Then put it back in the garage and it sat for about 3 months. I went to use it again, and it won't crank. It acts like the engine is seized solid.

My thought: I was thinking I should pull the spark plug completely out of the engine, and see if it will crank then, maybe it got vapor locked somehow.

Anyway, is there something else I may want to look at / try, and is there anything I should do once the engine cranks, but before I try to actually fire it up?

If it was stored with fuel in the tank (bad) it may have flooded the cylinder, take the plug out and see if it will spin over then - put a rag over the spark plug hole so you don't blow fuel all over. Pull until clear, wire brush the plug and give it a try.

I admit I did leave the fuel in the tank, as I was pretty sure I would be using it again fairly soon.

I will give your suggestion a try, I was thinking that would be the best way to go, but wanted to ask in case that may not have been a good idea.

    Thank you :)

Is it a 2 cycle machine by chance? It is best to run all the fuel out for storage.

Mixed 2 cycle fuel isn't all that storage stable, I only mix up what I'm going to use within a week using one of these:

Yes, it is a 2 cycle engine. I drained it immediately after I couldn't get it to crank. I certainly don't expect to be using it again for at least a few more months :)

I think it is 4wd but you should confirm with owner

Tire type wont tell you a thing about if its 4wd or not

I agree the tires don’t tell you much. Tractor data says it’s a 4x4 also 55hp. That’s a good sized tractor for most residential users. That being said the add also has a simplicity garden tractor and a ford tractor in the back of the pictures so maybe it’s a tractor repair person or just a tractor enthusiast/ hoarder/ trader.

Who needs a tractor when I have child labor!? Ended up getting 11 tons of crush and run and the wife and I spread it with a shovel and a rake. We still need another 20-30 tons to get it perfect, but for now at least the muddy areas are covered.

What are you guys paying for rock? The crush and run was $48 a ton at the place near my house. Did a google search and that seems to be about the same as everywhere else.

Most rock in my area is 18-25 per ton depending on which rock it is... Washed stuff is always higher. Crusher run is the cheapest.

Here they hit you for a delivery fee/fuel based on size of the truck.
Single axle dump is usually $50
    Double is $100
    Semi is $250

& I'm only 6 miles from the yard.

Im lucky...its ~$350 for a dump truck load of just generic driveway rock (and "road base"). Order a full load and there's no delivery charge (within like 30 miles generally). Full belly bump semi is the same...just pay for the material and long as its a full load its "free"

Though it can be hard to get stuff in my area during the summer as they shift their focus to road work/concrete and that gets priority. But late season and winter its usually next day delivery.

i just paid 640 for 16000lbs of half man retaining wall basalt. thats tax and delivery. 75$ a ton self haul. i recently got 10yrds 3/4 minus crushed clean for 700$ delivered. not horrible prices i think. tmrw's basalt drop was 25$ to deliver 8 miles. pretty affordable. these are pnw prices. lots of gravel yards here.
