My 4x4 isn’t working as in whenever I flip the little switch the dash light only flashes and the little actuator electric motor spins forever until I kill the truck. I’m not the first owner of this truck and the OG owner dogged it out so I’m kinda curious to see what’s wrong

You actually hear the actuator continuously running?

Is it the Transfer Case Actuator or ADD Actuator?

Check your vent hoses to see if they are still attached to the actuators on the transfer case and the front/ADD unit. They are prone to splitting and falling off.
    Let us know.

It was my transfer case actuator. Sorry I didn’t clarify but yeah my truck hails from a costal area and I found some sand stuck in the cap. I cleaned it up and got some new grease in there and it’s finally working again.
