2002 Toyota Tacoma Alignment problems

    2002 Toyota Tacoma
    2002 Tacoma 2wd I believe the sport model. Installed new A arms, ball joints, outer tie rod ends, Loaded struts. 4 shops say the alignment is right on. But the steering does not want to return completely and in general does not steer correctly. Tires squeal when stopping and turning sometimes as well. I just want to get this corrected. TIA
