So my coupling still not gone I took off my rear shocks an they are good no leaks and they rebound pretty fast still . I bump the psi to 35 see how it goes. Anyone here gone through this that can advise.

A couple PSI can make a huge difference. If you’ve went thousands of miles without adjusting that, chalk test, alignment etc, it’s too late. The lost rubber will not reappear

It will never completely go away, and tires never get quieter with time.

AT3's are noisy, some will defend them but its just how they are. It's crazy the change from AT2 to AT3. They are nothing alike.

Update. Still dealing with this coupling :annoyed:bump to 35 psi ran better but now still got coupling issues . No alignment yet front suspension is pretty solid . Took off rear shocks and press then down an got good rebound. Front shocks ℹ haven’t take them off to check .
rear tires have the same issue
    Any more ideas? IMG_2427.jpg IMG_2428.jpg IMG_2425.jpg

If everything in your front end is solid and was checked with the suspension loaded, meaning jack/stand under the lower control arm as close to the tire as you can then too much toe. I'd also recommend positive camber for these trucks. They're sensitive to toe.

I've found 0.02" of positive total toe to have the best tire wear and 0.08" of positive total toe to drive the best. 0.06" of positive toe is my recommendation for the best compromise. If you never hit the highway then closer to 0.02" might be more to your fancy

You have an alignment or balance issue, quite possibly both
