If your rad is full and your water pump is circulating, then your thermostat isn't opening.. or your CTS for the gauge cluster is borked

Have an ODBII scanner that can tell you what it thinks the temp is?

If you haven't found shards of metal when you did a coolant flush I suppose

Internet fix isn't going to fix your problem. Don't be the guy who tried and fail at fixing the problem. Honestly, from some of your statement about oil @ 50%, coolant reservoir being empty etc, your best bet is to take your vehicle to a shop for a proper diagnosis and fix.

    Your problem could be:
    Crack head or block
    Blown head gasket
    Cooling system leak
    Cooling system not holding pressure
    Water pump not circulating
    Fail fan clutch
Bad temp sensor or faulty cluster
Or a combination of one or more of the stated possibilities

It's better than throwing $$$ at it or making it worst. From OP post, OP don't seemed to be too knowledgeable.

It’s not throwing money at a problem if you get work done before you drive a vehicle with potential catastrophic results coming because you’re being stupid.

It doesn’t take a genius to understand there’s no way in hell you should be driving an overheating vehicle or run even a quart low let alone 3. Good way to do damage to your engine

Check the external belts for correct tension. One or more could very well be loose.
