JDM mechanic between Seattle and Portland?

I’m in the process of moving to the PNW and my garage / house is still about 8 months from being ready. Staying in our 5th wheel on the property until then and don’t have a garage to use.

I just picked up a Hilux from Japan and wanted to find someone to diagnose a CEL and put a small lift on it. I already have all the parts.
