Def took the short bus. It’s a good cross between them. Really see the new Tundy in it though.

 

it very much did lmao yaaaa and that is what i see.. idk about a 2nd gen thou. my buddy has the new tundra and man i wanted to like it.. but its just ugly to look at.. nice on the inside and good power but holy shit is it cheap! i get his isnt a fancy model but so much crap is already just looking like a high mile truck... he has already replaced some interior bits from just wear and it has 25k miles its kinda sad..

 

I have no regrets about keeping my 2019

 

for real man the 19 body style is great and has an amazing motor that will just keep going! if i could like a full size truck id have a tundra but i just cant.. i like the power, towing capacity and the room in them but i just dont like driving them personally but thats me..

 

It took a bit to get used to but now I’m not sure I could go back to a Tacoma.. maybe for the fuel economy and aftermarket.. but I’ll soon have a car for that

ya i can imagine! we have always had one in the family and i have driven a lot of them but im still someone that prefers a smaller vehicle like my 91 pickup and my access cab i have now. ive never been a huge fan of crew cabs or larger trucks and cars. idk if fuel economy is even that much better is it? what car you getting?

 

Fuel economy in the tundra isn’t that much different from the taco. I’ll usually be 15-18 on the highway, 14-15 city.

was considering a Supra and had my name on a mkv mikkan blast MT but people have had some pretty bad warranty / service experiences getting passed between Toyota and bmw. The aftermarket is also strange because they started locking the ecus in mid 2020

couple weeks later a grc allocation came up and I switched. Its a lotta car for the money and the ecu is unlocked so you can pretty easily bump it to 350+ hp (400-500 with a couple bolt ons)

 

when did you get a trailer to tow the tacoma? lol

It’s not. 350 is easy all stock. Beyond that you need valve springs. Add those and a down pipe and you can get 400. 500 if you do cam and some other stuff.

there’s plenty of people out there that have already done it. Plus they’ve had a head start with the gr Yaris.
