Good stuff, thank you. I'll get one ordered. For whatever reason the dealer orders I did in the past were crap, multiple times. They just threw the thing in a thin cardboard sleeve.

    No styrofoam inserts?

    That's pretty much standard.

Just thin strips on the the top and bottom, nothing that helped keep the front/rear from getting slammed. My fins looked like an ant farm.

Yeah the quality is there and even though they are aluminum they do seem tough as hell, intelligently designed.
I had success with them before on radiators, wouldn't hesitate to buy one again.

Yeah the ladder was one of the best things I bought for the van to be honest. Can't fault them in my experience.
Good to hear you echo the others on the radiators. New one along with new ACC carpet from Rock for the old boy it is.

Yeah I've done a few, and two on the Tacoma. Shears didn't even help that much with the most recent one because I got the Essex with mass backing, thick as shit, I just used a box cutter...very carefully.

My brain kept saying I might regret it if I ever need it gone. For what reason I don't know, but I'm ready for a quieter cabin.
Gotta be nice to have that bit of extra silence.

After having a 4x4 van I can't see myself ever going back to a truck tent. Especially now that I own mine outright, free and clear. The ladder is great, I'm sure it'll come in handy even more now to use the elevated position to use this bad bow that showed up today.

I've been getting a camera itch lately for some reason, but I haven't really been using what I have lately so it's hard to justify

I'm in the same boat, I still have an older body.
I've been renting some lenses recently to test though which has been nice versus just plunking cash down and figuring out what works after the fact. Super zooms are a whole different thing.
