Just replaced my Front Brakes with the PowerStop Z36 Extreme Truck and Tow 6-Lug Brake Rotor, Pad and Caliper Kit; Front. Did Not change out the lines. Have bled the brakes 3 times and still have a soft first pedal. 2nd Push on the pedal is Perfect. No Pulling, Drift etc. Performed the Break in of the rotors & pads as specified, No problems noted, just a soft first pedal, which is indicative of Air in the lines.
Anyone else have a problem with getting all of the air out of the new calipers?

How are you bleeding the brakes? What procedure?

I performed the Old Fashioned two person, three pumps, hold it, crack the line, pedal to floor, tighten the nut, do it again until no air comes out of caliper. Did this three-four times per evolution.
2nd and third Brake Bleed evolutions, no air came out of either of the calipers.

Read up on how to bleed the TRD OR and Pro brake systems. That is most likely your problem...they must be bled differently. The way you did it was the "old school" way and not the way the Pro needs to be bled.

Also - they have a specific break in procedure as described in the included instructions.
