I just purchased a 2001 Tacoma sr5 with 70K miles-in NJ

2001 taco

I have a couple of questions,
1) should I have the under carriage (frame) sand blasted (the rust is not bad at all, but exists) and coated?
2) It has the original tape deck and I want that out, does that effect the vehicle resale?
3) the front and rear bumper have small amounts of rust-I want to have them replaced, but with aftermarket or junk yard parts. I was told chrome was not available and even if i can find it there will be some rust.
4) it will be kept outdoors so I want to purchase a cover, any suggestions?
