    2011 Tacoma prerunner v6
    I just got a 2011 v6 Tacoma prerunner from a dealership for 20k. It had 67k miles and I’m at 71k now. I understand it’s a Tacoma with low miles but it’s also 12 years old. Anything I should look at?

    This. Depending on where you live, road salt may have eaten up the frame.
    My 2010 got a new frame under recall in 2020.

    It becomes acidic when it degrades and will eat gaskets, seals and your water pump

    I’ll check that out. I’ve heard 2011 is a “bad year” but how bad can a taco be? Ya know
