I raised my ramps today to better visualize my bump stop needs for upper fender edge clearance, both front and rear, and to ensure the rear bump stop engages before full shock compression. This is an approximation method as opposed to Tinkerers Adventure and Sandy Cats on Youtube who actually remove springs and then measure for bump stop.

The front Durobump is likely ok as there is still an inch of fender space but the rear stock stop has to go as the tire already hits the fender top before the bump stop engages.

Still testing out but the controlled testing of longer rear shocks with extended bump stops on stock leafs is yielding impressive rear flex results so far with the front flex maxed out on Bilstein 5100s.20240221_194034.jpg20240221_194243.jpg

These rears are Fox 2.0 with reservoirs, 15.2" compressed length, 24.8" extended length. Incremental shock compressed length, tire tuckabillity, and bump stop length, all in their angled movement, goes into this calculation game.
Also, extended rear brake lines, otherwise they'll rip out.

There is still some droop to go although the rubber bushings may limit this.20240221_194408.jpg
