Advice getting Apple CarPlay in my 2021 Tacoma using OEM replacement

I am an a/v laymen so forgive me. The 2021 Tacoma I have does not have Android Auto or CarPlay, but as we know there are models that do.

Can I simply take the head unit out of a crashed Tacoma from the junk yard (like the attached picture) that has it and place it in mine?

Can I just look for part 86140-04110 (like pictured) and swap it out? Are there additional parts / conversion kits I would need to swap it and maintain all of pieces such as: backup camera, bluetooth, XM, and the new Android Auto+CarPlay via USB?

Basically I'm looking for a part list that is required to swap them if its more than just: 86140-04110
