219,000 miles. No one else has worked on it but me as I bought it new so it's not an issue of something someone else has done. I lifted this a little over 3 years ago 2-3" and it has been fine until about 2 weeks ago. Guess I'll go through the process of running that down. I haven't done anything with the pinion angle or dropping the carrier bearing yet. Just seems in my mind that if the angles were the cause it would have done it back when I lifted it. I did replace the carrier bearing but vibration didn't change. U joints seem to be tight but I guess could be going bad without any external evidence of it.

At 219k, your CB is most likely toast. Go see how much play is in the driveshaft. Replace with spicer or OEM.

Check the sticky section, there is a thread on this.

I think dry U joints can make the CB worse, so you may want to drop the driveshaft and move the U joints to see if they are shot and if greasing will fix them? Correct me if I'm wrong. I went through that too and replaced both. I greased the U joints the other day after 2 years and they were cracking as the grease moved in, and the ride is smoother again.
