I have a 2006 Toyota Highlander 3.3l all wheel drive. I was driving down the road and car turned off. I used a obd scan tool on the car and came up with 2 codes. P0340/p0345. I looked online and ordered new cam sensors of bank 1 and 2. I installed new ones. Still didn’t turn on. So then I assumed to replace the vvt solenoids, as I seen a video that suggested that for those codes as well. Still no start. So then I checked all the basic stuff- spark, fuel, and air. Air looks good, and spark plugs were changed about 2 months ago. I then go see if I head a sound from the fuel pump being turned on. Nothing , no sound, so I get a volt meter and pull out the back seat and floor and take out the connector and “tuned the key to the start position and test all the leads. No power. I then go to check the engine bay fuse box. Relay switch with the horn is the same, still nothing. Also no blown fuses. Please help. There must be more I can check. I also have an extra fuel pump to replace it with and the new pump won’t get power as well. I feel like I’ve exhausted all options. If I’m missing something let me know and I’ll see if I’ve done it already or see if it can be done. Thank you!

Did you check to make sure the timing belt isn't broken?

    This for sure.

Those codes mean both cam signal are MIA.
The crank turns the cams via the belt.
