Envious!
When I retired, wifey and I went to Florida and spent a month or two every year on the Gulf to get out of our Colorado winters. I loved kayak fishing the inter-coastal bays!

I would think that you should be able to pull out of that if you were in 4x4... either way, welcome to the forum.

 

Of course Dennis has a 4x4, he just wears nice shoes to work so he's cleaning a path to the truck.

Another sunny 61* day before the next rain and snow tomorrow here. Wind gusts hit 65 yesterday settling down to a high of 38 mph today. Great day to stay inside!
Kettlebell workout day, so I’ll be useless the rest of the day! LOL! May just hide in the man cave and read, or piddle around in the garage, or anneal some 300 WM brass, or work on getting camping gear ready for the season, or organized some unused stuff to auction, or…well you know what I mean…being retired there’s just so many options!

EMHT??.....looks like the Spotted Mtn Range in Nevada. Nice pics!

 

I was surprised to find it out there, but I guess I shouldn't be, given what you find in the desert. Just didn't see any real mine activity in the vicinity, in the middle of the valley.

Thanks! EMHT is the East Mojave Heritage Trail. This portion was near the CA-NV border, but those are the Whipple and Chemehuevi Mountains.
