I ordered these for my 99 2.7. But this lip on the drum doesn’t seem let it sit flush…. I don’t think I should put these in but I’m not sure if anyone has seen this as well. Thank you

Definitely not good. I have spidertrax and they sit flush, worth the money for the safety

Either you have too much corrosion on the outside of your hub boss on your drums or your spacers have hub bores that are too small. Chevy's are also 6x5.5" bolt patterns, however they have much smaller hub bores and won't fit on Toyota hubs.

IIRC, you'll need hub centric with 106mm bore
