Only aesthetic mods so far Leer 180 cap & Clazzio covers on order.
Found this in my Taco's glove box. Shows some evidence of rodent activity. Emptied the glove box but could not determine where it belongs. Perhaps it fell onto the floor and one of my rare passengers found it on the floor and put it into the glove box.
I need some help from the TW brain trust to determine what it is and where it belongs.

It's the cover/door for the cabin air filter. Which is at the back of the glove box.

Also fairly sure your HVAC system does not work correctly without that door installed.

There will be a larger, thinner cover at the back of your glove box that you need to remove first. You slide it up IIRC to take it off. The cover you photographed goes behind that cover.

The flap on my door looked just like the one pictured- disintegrating. I ripped it the rest of the way off and put the door back on. Did this about 10k miles ago on my 2021. No issues I know of so far.

    Doh!!?
    Talk about feeling DUMB!
Apparently I got sidetracked when changing the filter, set the inner cover aside, went back to it later and totally spaced out the inner (latching) cover. I'm surprised it took so long to reappear in my cab, 'cuz I'm sure I would have noticed it.
    Thanks for the responses!

Thats okay, at least you did it yourself and didn't pay some "master tech" $65 to do it for you. In my book, you're still at a net positive.

As mentioned for cabin air filter. Inner door. I had to replace two of them because rubber fell apart. No sign of rodent damage. Just notice pieces of that flap on passager floor.
