I want to tap into my front camera wiring via the shift knob without cutting wires.

I need the female connector that fits the connector going to the front camera switch.

the numbers I found were: 8P060K-TS-M and 90980-12551

    eight pin female F51

is there a way to cross reference this type connector to another that can be ordered?

    thanks

Did you ever find a source to order this 8pin connector. I'm headed down that same road of trying to connect the oem front camera to the MESO stealth shift knob. If I can do it without cutting it'd be nice. I've only been looking for a day but haven't been successful.

I was able to find what I needed through this website after some digging, connectors and terminals

If you look at the connector, "we" are only connecting two wires. I ordered what I thought was the right connector to only get the wrong one. I ended up putting two pins in the original connector with the wires going to the shifter. Very easy, that way I can always remove the two pins as if nothing to see here would happen.

Very nice mod, I use the camera more than I thought I would.

Thanks, that's my plan if the connections I get don't mate up properly.

Replying here for members that search for this down the road.

I had purchased the connectors from https://www.hi-1000ec.com/ based off a post in this thread. But they turned out to not be what I needed.

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/ect-stealth-pro-shift-knob.597659/page-95#post-22755294

I had sourced these shortly after buying my truck but waited a long time to install since I wanted to do it along with a few other mods that all involved pulling apart the dash. That's when I learned the connector was wrong.

I eventually found what I needed online on Ali Express.

Here is what I used that worked for me.

Since receiving the item (and learning the part number) I found this as well. Although with the link below I don't know if it comes with the pins you'll need.

Some pics of the connectors next to the OEM switch and installed with the OEM harness and connector.

    Thanks for posting this.

The toyotapartsdeal link you posted for 90980-12248 works, but did not include the pins. My local dealer could not find the lookup number for the pins, so I ended up ordering from Aliexpress. The male and female connectors from this link worked perfectly:
