Bumper part info?

Trying to find more information about the circled part in the pic - the black “bar” just below the lower grille and above the front lip. Notice they are not on all X-Runners and it looks to be an actual add-on piece rather than just painted black. Is this an OE optional part, or did it come from a particular retailer? Even the proper name of the part would be of help (so I can search for it online). Thanks in advance for the help

Thank you for that, but the diagrams don’t show the part I’m looking for - it looks to be a piece that covers the bumper below the lower grille - I have seen them on a few XRs but I haven’t gotten close to inspect further. To be honest I’m not 100% sure it’s an additional piece of plastic, but the texture and contours appear different than the actual bumper cover, which makes me think it’s an add on.

As they are not shown on the Toyota parts catalog, I wonder if they are an aftermarket item that is no longer available. Anyone have one that can chime in?
